The Madden NFL 23 Players Association rejected their request from buryw's blog

There were reports earlier in the week that a few players were looking to change their vote . The Madden 23 coins Players Association rejected their request. However, it was also believed that a majority of the players wanted to change their voting to "no" and to "yes," once they had more details about the CBA. Many players were initially Imaden NFL attracted by the voice of the players on social media. I'm convinced that when they started to read the CBA for them, they would want to modify their votes.

According to Benjamin Allbright, it wouldn't have mattered anyway:

The subject: Madden NFL 23 CBAI'm told that the percentage of players who asked to switch their vote were in teens, and "wouldn't have influenced" on the overall tally.Far worrying was that approximately 20% of voters didnt vote.

The most powerful leverage for players throughout this whole process is the risk of sitting out games. I'm the one with the unique perspective of thisbecause I was part of the lockout of 2011 as well as CBA negotiations. Players swore they'd be able to last for one season. After that, as they began to look forward to the start of the training camp, players gave up. Players were desperate for money. They had taken out loans that were high-interest, or had run out of cash as the season got closer. They wanted to get a bargain, and that meant paying lower rates.

While you may think that Madden NFL 23PA has been providing players with incentives for a few years to cut costs in the event of a work stoppage, remember what I wrote: the majority of Madden NFL 23 players are an average-level player. They're not prepared for a holdout. They've never gotten their the money back, and some of it because they're young and/or don't have the capacity to. Some veterans that talk in a big way aren't equipped to do that. It's something that's always a concern during these talks.

There is no way to be 100% happy with cheap mut 23 coins a labor deal during any negotiation the other side will have to concede a bit and take a bit.
